His journey of ministry has taken him through a variety of roles, from the classroom to the pulpit, and from church planting to leadership development. But through it all, one thing has remained constant: his unwavering belief in the power of the gospel to transform lives.
Starting with a strong foundation in discipleship and biblical teaching, Joseph has dedicated his life to creating spaces where people can encounter the truth of Christ and grow into the people God created them to be. Whether serving in a thriving ministry or helping launch new church plants, Joseph brings an infectious energy to everything he does. His ministry isn't just about preaching on Sundays—it’s about equipping believers to live out their faith every day of the week, in every aspect of their lives.
Having learned from some incredible mentors and worked in a range of ministry settings, Joseph understands the importance of both theological depth and relational connection. He knows that true transformation happens in community, where people can be real, vulnerable, and encouraged in their faith. That’s why his leadership at Gospel Life Church focuses on building authentic relationships, fostering spiritual growth, and reaching out to those who don’t yet know Christ.
Joseph’s experience in church planting has given him a unique perspective on the church’s role in the world. He loves seeing new communities rise up, with fresh vision and a commitment to serving their neighborhoods. But he also believes that the best churches are those that are deeply rooted in the gospel, committed to making disciples, and dedicated to loving their cities.

Vanessa is a dedicated wife and proud mother of four—two remarkable adult children and two vibrant teenagers—whose heart for both home and church is woven into everything she touches. She is the heart behind the house and the glue behind the scenes, Vanessa brings a unique blend of grace, strength, and intentionality to her role as Executive Ministry Partner.
With a natural eye for beauty and a deep passion for people, Vanessa helps ensure that ministry at every level flows with purpose, excellence, and care. From shaping behind-the-scenes systems to crafting environments that feel warm, welcoming, and spiritually alive, she serves with a rare mix of vision and detail. She works hand-in-hand with her husband and Pastor, helping to turn God-given dreams into tangible realities that bless and build the church.
Vanessa’s leadership is both strategic and pastoral—she is as comfortable organizing an event as she is offering a word of encouragement, praying with a team member, or stepping into a creative challenge. Her love for the church is not just organizational—it’s deeply personal. She carries the culture, nurtures the people, and infuses every space with the sense that you are seen, valued, and part of something greater.
